Highland Ford strives to provide our customers with the best experience when having their vehicle serviced. This begins with hiring the right people at our dealership. We are looking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Service department team.
The successful candidate must be organized, efficient and with strong customer service skills. Service Advisor experience is an asset, but is not required as training will be provided during onboarding.
Role Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and establish trust as the friendly face of our service department.
- Actively listen and show empathy towards customers' needs, concerns, and goals, while accurately documenting them
- Foster transparent and proactive communication with technicians to identify and diagnose vehicle issues
- Provide clear and detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance to customers, focusing on safety and customer value
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles, ensuring timely and regular updates
- Create a culture of hospitality that guarantees customer satisfaction and retention, making our dealership a reliable partner for their automotive needs.

Here’s what we need from you:
- Valid Driver's License and a clean Driver Abstract
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on your own or with a team
- Strong communication skills and ability to accurately document repair steps
