Parts Co-ordinator

We are a well established construction company looking to hire a highly experienced parts coordinator to work in house full time Monday to Friday. Hours are 7am to 5pm.

We are looking for someone who has at least 4 years of prior experience

Job Requirement's

-Part ordering for mechanics, receiving, inspecting for accuracy & quality, storing, returning, reordering, tracking back orders and managing part credits.

-Must be organized, with ability to prioritize, manage pressure and still maintain an efficient and clean parts environment. You must be able to keep your parts room organized, inventoried, track parts leaving the parts room etc.

-Must be physically able to lift and handle heavier parts.

-Must have good communication skills to be used within the team environment, as well as with vendors.

-Must also be willing to tidy up around the shop (sweeping, mopping, wiping, etc.) and help mechanics with requests if needed

-Must be mechanically inclined and have an understanding of equipment and parts

- You will be supplied a truck to use to pick up parts and drop parts off etc.

The rate of pay will be negotiated based on your experience and knowledge. Please do not apply if you do not have any experience- we are only looking for experienced candidates at this time.

Salary: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
