Who we are looking for:

We are seeking hardworking, responsible, and reliable individual to work as a Parts Counter salesperson. This is a fast-paced environment, so attention to detail is very important.
Position is ideal for individuals who pride themselves as being patient, logical, communicative, dependable, and persistent at learning technical products. Must have basic math skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet walk-in customers immediately and in a courteous manner. Assist customers and couriers with pick-up orders.
• Measure seals/parts using caliper and writing work orders. Able to look up and understand the parts catalog when speaking to specific seals.

· Converse effectively with customers regarding parts order status.

· Prepare sales orders, pick parts, and receive payments for COD customers.

• Answer phone calls and emails, provide price quotations and other information to customers. Work with inside salespeople to coordinate rush orders and appointments.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance of counter and work area.
• Attend training as prescribed by management to maintain proficiency in the role.
• Some lifting may be required.

Key Qualifications:

• Stand and walk picking parts throughout the day.
• Detail oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must be a team player with a proactive, positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service
• A desire for continuous learning
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, meet deadlines and multi-task.
• Ability to work independently, within a team environment, and under minimal supervision.

Grizzly provides:

• Starting wage $19 to $21/hr. or more depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
