Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers at the counter
- Take orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
Skills:
- Marine repair knowledge or experience is required
- Marine parts knowledge or experience is required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Cashiering experience with accurate cash handling and POS system operation
- Computer Skills for data entry and basic calculations
- Attention to detail
