Ed's Auto Salvage is looking for a professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented individual to join our team immediately. In this busy position you will be the first point of contact for our customers via phone and in person. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with an exceptional experience buying new and used parts by providing them industry knowledge and access to the largest used inventory in northern Alberta. This is a full time position based out of Westlock, AB.
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Previous parts experience with automotive knowledge is considered an asset. Individuals with a positive, can-do attitude who work exceptionally well in a team environment. Ability to multi task and prioritize a heavy work load. We value employees who can take initiative and complete tasks with limited supervision. Strong computer skills. Ability to lift 30 lbs. Punctual and professional.
RESPONSIBILITIES Answering a large volume of calls while simultaneously helping walk-in customers. Provide customers with accurate pricing on new and used parts. Effectively communication features, benefits and warranty information. Maintain constant communication with customers on order status and relay correct information internally to ensure orders and filled accurately and sent out in a timely fashion. Work with the service, inventory and management departments to locate parts, book in service work and communicate accurate information to our parts and service customers.

Salary: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
