Parts Counter Person

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Counter Person to join our team. As a Counter Person, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and assisting customers with their automotive parts needs. Looking up Parts and Accessories. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, sales experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with their automotive parts needs and provide product recommendations
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain an organized and clean counter area
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Utilize computer software to track inventory and sales

Qualifications:

-Candidates with previous parts experience will be given preference

-Have basic tire knowledge
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Basic knowledge of automotive repair is a plus
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in all transactions
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional service to customers

-Hours are 7:30 am - 5:30 pm

Must have valid drivers license

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00-$40.00 per hour
