The DryAir Manufacturing team, a world leader in portable hydronic climate control systems, is currently seeking a full time Parts Manager in their St. Brieux office.
As Parts Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams seeking information and placing orders for after-market parts. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Responsibilities would include:

- Technical knowledge
- Documentation and record-keeping
- Collaboration with other team members
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or order desk role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Basic technical understanding or a willingness to learn about hydronic heating systems.
- Proficient in using computer systems, including order processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
