Grand Toyota is looking for a qualified Parts Manager responsible for overseeing the parts department. Main responsibilities would include organizing and reviewing parts inventory, scheduling service, assisting the parts and service team with serving customers, and providing general support to the parts department.
Job Duties
- Create sales goals and objectives for the department in conjunction with Management team.
- Provide training and coaching to Parts advisors.
- Oversees the flow of parts.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels and perform periodic parts inventory audits.
- Oversee annual inventory count.
- Reviewing parts pricing for estimates.
- Monitoring PO's and parts orders for jobs.
- Running reports periodically ensuring accuracy of parts.
- Providing strong staff and customer communication support.
- Provide assistance to parts staff with any customer problem.
- Provide assistance to service staff when necessary.
- Other related duties as required.
Requirements
- A high school qualification or equivalent.
- Prior successful experience in automotive field such as KPIs inventory management practices.
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and oral interaction).
