PROGRAM ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK - HAMILTON & NIAGARA
40 hours/week
Hamilton & Niagara Regions, Ontario
This role is 40 hours per week, Monday- Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, and will require frequent travel within the Hamilton & Niagara community, making a G Driver's license preferred.
The Program Administrative Clerk provides administrative support to the designated locations, assisting the Program Managers and Program Coordinators with clerical and administrative duties. They will provide administrative support to multiple locations in the Hamilton & Niagara communities. They will ensure filing and maintenance of confidential program files is completed with a high level of discretion. The Program Administrative Clerk will manage their time effectively to ensure deadlines, including those from government partners are met. They will communicate with people within and outside of Karis Disability Services to provide information about the organization.

Requirements:
- Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check
- Access to reliable transportation (frequent travel required)
Preferred:
- At least 6 months relevant experience to this position preferred
- College Diploma on a related field of study; Business Administration, Project Management or Developmental Services Worker preferred
- Full G Driver's License
