Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales through various channels (Telephone, Online, Social Media. etc.). Leads provided by InsuranceHero.ca - no cold calling required.
• Foster and maintain client relationships.
• Deeply understand various insurance providers' underwriting rules, and product features & benefits.
• Collaborate with other team members to deliver unmatched customer service.

What You Bring:

• Valuable experience in Personal Insurance (Min 2 years in Personal Insurance Sales required)
• Strong sales aptitude.
• RIBO (Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario) license
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills.
• Commitment to accuracy and detail.
• Strong team collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savviness and adaptability to a paperless workplace.
• Excellent communication skills.
