- Oversee daily operations of the shop, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and achieve business goals

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in the restaurant industry preferred
- Proficient in using POS systems for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
