  • Develop program guides based on interpretation of operating agreements.

  • Support the development of portfolio level Real Estate operations and strategies.

  • Support data analysis to inform recommendation on portfolio and building level strategies.

 
 
Qualifications
  • Enrolled in a degree in Real Estate or a related discipline.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • Basic proficiency in Yardi Property Management Software.

  • Success in this position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, strong research and problem-solving skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team.

 
Pre-Employment Requirements
  • Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2024.
  • A security clearance will be conducted.
  • If invited to an interview, you will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript or an enrollment verification letter (indicating the program and year you are currently completing).

Compensation: $27.16 per hour
Days of Work: This position works a 5 day
work week with 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
Hours of work: Standard 35 hour work week
