- Develop program guides based on interpretation of operating agreements.
- Support the development of portfolio level Real Estate operations and strategies.
- Support data analysis to inform recommendation on portfolio and building level strategies.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a degree in Real Estate or a related discipline.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Basic proficiency in Yardi Property Management Software.
- Success in this position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, strong research and problem-solving skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team.
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2024.
- A security clearance will be conducted.
- If invited to an interview, you will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript or an enrollment verification letter (indicating the program and year you are currently completing).
