Practiced Service Roof Technicians and Service Roof Assistant/Labourer

Atlas-Apex Roofing (BC) Inc. located in Richmond, BC, are looking for experienced, practiced Service Roof Technicians and ServiceRoof Assistant/Labourer positions for full time employment

Wage range from $42.00 - $55.00/hr for Service Foreman position relative to skills, industry knowledge and qualifications**

Wage range from $27.00 - $37.00/hr for Service Assistant position relative to skills, industry knowledge and qualifications**

Responsibilities:

• Installing, repairing or replacing a variety of roofing systems

• Diagnostic investigations and emergency services;

• Roof upgrades, installations, and deletions;

• On-call opportunities;

• Site mobilizations;

• Stripping and disposing of old roof,

• Loading and unloading material;

• Job site clean-up.

Skills/Qualification

• Must be a team player who is dependable and reliable

• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced, high energy environment on the roof

• Weight handling can be over 45kg

• On site work environment is outdoors and subjected to all weather conditions.

• Work environment is on the roof and/or on the grounds that are dusty and noisy

• Worker must wear necessary Protective Equipment including but not limited to Safety Boots and Hi Vis vests

• Own transportation is an asset

• Ability to learn and follow our extensive safety policy

•TQ or Red Seal certificate is would be an asset but not compulsory

• Intermediate English skills
