We are looking for aProcess Improvement – a skilled individual that supports our goal in finding a better way. This role identifies and implements Process Improvements that positively impact quality and production efficiencies.


What You Will Do

  • Recommend, design and implement changes to current work cells, equipment and tooling.
  • Improve manufacturing efficiency through the elimination of waste
  • Identify and deliver manufacturing cost reductions
  • Develop processes and validate automation equipment to ensure part quality.
  • Solving manufacturing challenges brought forth by operators, supervisors, and management.

What We Need

  • An individual with a vivid imagination and inquisitive mind
  • Linear thinking skills and a strong understanding of how all steps in a process relate to each other
  • Technical diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering
  • Experience in production manufacturing and automation
  • Proficient in design software such as SolidWorks, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft software.
