For one of our clients, we are looking for a Supply Analyst in the distribution sector. This position is located near Metro Pie- IX.
- Prepare a weekly action plan outlining the week's priorities for his/her product category.
- Carry out and coordinate sales analyses to obtain information on the performance of products in the category;
- Prepare distribution strategy
- Receive and follow up with the distribution center to ensure timely shipment of merchandise;
- Evaluate replenishment needs based on actual sales on a weekly basis;
- Manage merchandise reserves to ensure continuous supply.
- Coordinate shipment of merchandise for various promotions
- Carry out seasonal and promotional sales analyses to evaluate performance and make recommendations.
- Review inventory levels
- Analyze point-of-sale capacity by product category
- Perform sales analyses for different product types
- Maintain an up-to-date record of merchandise receipts for its category;
- Contribute to administrative efficiency by ensuring that all reports are filed and organized;
- Prepare material and information for meetings or other events;
- Participate in setting up and coordinating special projects, promotions and store openings/closings.

- College diploma in a related field;
- 3 to 5 years' relevant experience;
- Retail experience an asset;
- Bilingualism essential;
- Attention to detail, analytical skills and sense of priorities;
- Team player, proactive and shows initiative.
