In your role, you will
- Supervise and engage employees;
- Supervise and coordinate all financial activities related to Month end, Budget, Strategic planning, Forecast and risk and opportunities (PAP process);
- Support and coach business partners (Procurement directors and team) to understand and evaluate financial impacts of their proposals and initiatives;
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies, to financial guidelines communicated to Procurement community and efficient internal controls;
- Ensure all contracts settlements and amendments follow proper accounting treatments: prepare and present to auditors the accounting considerations and fair value analysis summaries;
- Support contract management, negotiations, RFP and review business cases;
- Prepare and present executive financial presentations for senior management;
- Drive BOM reduction and claims initiatives in collaboration with Procurement leaders to achieve budget commitments;
As our ideal candidate
- You hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance,
- You hold an accounting title (CPA) or an equivalent experience,
- You have between 7 and 9 years of relevant experience,
- You are known for your innovation, impact and influential skills,
- You show team leadership, efficient communication and coaching,
- You adapt well to an environment in constant change,
- You are bilingual.
- You have a very good team spirit
- You are very familiar with MS Office software and knowledge of SAP is an asset
