I am Bianka, Team Leader in Recruitment and Business Development at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in recruitment for Finance professions. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on the South Shore of Montreal. Our team, experts in finance, speak your language and operate in your world. I am looking for a senior FP&A Financial Analyst for my client, a large food manufacturing group. This is a permanent post in hybrid mode.

Your daily role
Within the Finance team and as Senior Analyst - Capex &
Warehousing, your main responsibilities are:
* Act as a main business partner in the department of
supply chain by analyzing expenses
actual versus budget and assisting in budget preparation
and forecasts for capital expenditures and storage;
* Prepare monthly reports on internal warehousing costs and
external and on freight between factories;
* Prepare financial results for monthly reviews of
regional supply chain activities (Quebec,
Ontario and United States) and participate in sessions as
business partner;
* Review and analyze results on a monthly basis with the
ability to identify trends and communicate effectively
clear and concise key factors and actions to take
to achieve the company's key performance indicators;
* Work in partnership with operational engineers to
prepare investment budgets;
* Analyze production costs to ensure that the return on
planned investment has been achieved and incorporated into costs
standards; Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor
performance indicators associated with key projects;
* Support the team in identifying opportunities for improvement and
process evolution;
* Contribute to the standardization of practices across all
factories;
* Identify and highlight related risks and opportunities
key capital projects and storage expenditures;
* Assist in carrying out the necessary verifications for activities
merger and acquisition, implementation, transition, etc.
* Provide rapid responses to management's financial needs
from the supply chain department;
* Identify and integrate ongoing cost optimization projects
warehousing (TMO, CapEx, new acquisitions);
* Other ad hoc analyzes (e.g. internalization of
warehousing of key customers, acquisition...);
* Ability to use data visualization tools such as
Qlik to provide clear and easy to understand dashboards;
* Participation in SIOP.
Your profile
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in analysis; experience in the
manufacturing field is an asset;
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance or equivalent;
* Bilingual - French and English;
