In your role, you will
- Supervise 4 employees whose role consist of analyzing the material unit cost
- Support, plan and coordinate the month end and quarter end activities.
- Support and work closely with our business partners, the Logistic team, the Procurement team and other finance group.
- Coordinate the activities regarding the quarterly forecasts and the annual budget.
- Coordinate the costing run and support the Master Data.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Promote BOE philosophy.
- Support Adhoc analysis and projects.
As our ideal candidate
- You have a bachelor's degree in accounting and have 7 years of experience.
- You have an accounting designation (CA, CGA, CMA).
- You have good judgment and good analytical skills.
- You have an interest in the improvement and development of business processes.
- You are autonomous, innovative and have demonstrated leadership.
- You can adapt to a changing environment.
- You are a very good team player.
- You are familiar with MS Office software.
- You are bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of PowerBI and SAP is an asset.
