As a Product Manager for Commercial Solutions, you will lead the day-to-day management of one of FCTs core businesses, as well as participate in shaping the future direction of a critical growth area.
HERE'S HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:
- Lead product development (features, benefits, pricing) for the Commercial Title Insurance product in order to differentiate from the competition and drive market share;
- Act as Project Manager on projects - collaborating with partner teams to deliver IT product enhancements and Customer programs;
- Be a customer experience champion and find/deliver new ways of enhancing an industry-leading CX program. Lead growth of our Online Channel.
- Understand the analytics and key metrics of the business and identify improvements in how we track our success;
- Become the Subject Matter Expert on the business as you support Sales and Marketing deliver revenue-generating programs. Act as Commercial representative in cross-divisional discussions.
- Identify growth opportunities for the business through collaboration with key (internal and external) stakeholders, and ongoing market research;
- Prepare and deliver ideas and recommendations to grow the Commercial Title Insurance business.
- Establish, develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Undergraduate degree in business, legal or related area an asset.
- 5+ years product experience (Insurance, Banking, Financial Services).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a demanding fast paced environment.
- Ability to analyze and apply data to develop insights and make recommendations.
- Willingness to innovate and explore new opportunities
- Customer centric mindset and a desire to explore technology solutions to solve business challenges.
