As a key player in the financial services marketplace of Northern Ontario we are excited to announce that we are currently seeking a Product Manager.
The Product Manager is responsible for a portfolio of applications to manage and prioritize roadmaps, features and issues into a manageable backlog. The incumbent will partner with vendors to ensure Northern Credit Union’s priorities are being represented. The Product Manager contributes to the overall success of the organization by ensuring the organization maximizes the usage of our technology investments by creating great member and employee experiences while increasing operational efficiencies and minimizing issues.
Preferred candidates will possess the following qualifications:
Post-secondary diploma, degree and/or certification in related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in financial services.
Experience with Product Maintenance Upgrades.
Experience with Discovery, Planning and Testing.
Experience with configuration changes for DNA, FORGE/Member Direct, Criterion and ASAPP applications software.
Knowledge with Agile and sprint implementation approaches.
Knowledge of SDLC methodology.
Experience in quality assurance, software development and business analysis preferred.
