TheProduct & Pricing, Intern will assist the teams by inforcing product and pricing activities and documentation. The successful candidate will be responsible to gather information, document processes and procedures and helping to establish a Department SharePoint site on our product shelf that will provide vital information for members in our Actuarial, Risk and Product teams.
You will gather requirements from internal stakeholders, collect information, create templates, gather product specs and plan design, and centralize all of this information into one repository. You will also provide support to the Product Coordinator to complete tasks and research for our Product Roadmap and Inforce Product Management Activities.

What you will do
- Gather Information on Plan Design, Financial Arrangements, Pricing Inputs and for all of Securian Canada Verticals;
- Analyze Inforce Product Shelf and Create Product Specs on key variables for Finance, Risk, and Actuarial Teams;
- Assist the Product Coordinator and review our current product shelf and provide insights based on market research, competitors, and industry trends;
- Provide support to our Pricing team to assist in annual renewals;
- Be resourceful in each of our verticals to ensure we gather our information on our products reflect the Securian Canada brand and values, meets the target customer segment, and brings profitability to the company;
- Collaborate across teams in building our brand and key partnerships with a key focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
