Job description
For a company in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a Production Manager in Ville Saint Laurent - Permanent executive position
Job responsibilities
* Report to the VP Operations
* Workflow planning on production lines
* Act as the point of contact for customer account management.
* Management of all operations on the production side
* Set up training and coaching systems
* Be responsible for 4 production supervisors and a customer service coordinator
* Monitor live production to ensure targets are met
* Identify and resolve production efficiency issues
* Develop continuous improvement projects
* Develop customer-oriented projects
* Other related tasks in line with strategy
Professionnal skills
- Priority management
- Good interpersonal skills and strong leadership skills
-At least 7 years' experience in a personnel management position
-Experience in the pharmaceutical industry MANDATORY
French-speaking - Professional English
-DEC minimum - Ideally a BAC

- Salary: $120k - $150k depending on diploma and experience
