Production Lead Hand

We need a passionate Full Time Production Assistant to join our team for the upcoming season. If you love making things, take pride in your work, and have a keen eye for detail this job is for you!

This is a permanent full-time position with an opportunity to grow. 40 hours a week, 5 days a week. Schedule might be somewhat flexible if you have an interest to work on weekends.

Key responsibilities:

- Making skin and body care products.

- Maintain high attention to detail during preparation and strive to maintain a clean and orderly work environment.

- Be a learner and innovator, that can follow structured recipes.

- Be highly knowledgeable about our ingredients and take accountability for your results.

- Labelling and packing products ready to ship.

- Batch prepping for all products

- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

- Equipment set up, maintenance, tear down, and cleaning

- Moving and organizing inventory via FIFO

- Receiving inventory deliveries and checking for quality.

- Working with Production manager and team to execute production as per operation needs.

Physical Requirements:

- Repetitive tasks.

- Able to stand for 8+ hours

- Comfortable with physical work, lifting up to 50lbs.

Qualifications:

- Production or warehouse experience

- WHMIS training

- Excellent communications skills.

- Have a positive attitude with a passion for quality and efficiency.

- Excited about working for a business that’s ever growing.

- A team player, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
