We are seeking a skilled Line Operator to join our team. As a Line Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining Production Line equipment. Your attention to detail and mechanical knowledge will ensure the efficient and safe operation of our manufacturing processes.
```Responsibilities```
- Set up, adjust, and operate various Production Line equipment
- Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a Line Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in operating fabrication equipment such as Fanuc, lathe, press brake machines, etc.
- Familiarity with using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure accuracy
- Knowledge of logic controllers and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for equipment maintenance
- Proficiency in CAD and SolidWorks software is a plus
- Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
