SalaryResponsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience for all customers.
- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for insurance claims, ensuring transparency and fairness.
-Identification of replacement parts in accordance with Manitoba Estimating Standards.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with MPI ( Manitoba Public Insurance) to process claims.
- Order necessary parts and materials, ensuring timely delivery and efficient workflow.
- Schedule repair work and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines.
Experience:
- Proven experience in the autobody industry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Mitchell Software is a plus.
- Understanding of quality control procedures and ability to implement effective measures.
- Experience in supply chain management, including inventory control and procurement.
Skills:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills both written and verbal to effectively manage a repair team and interact with customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address any issues that arise during the repair process
- Professionalism and positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality assurance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Must posses a valid drivers license and safe driving history.
