As a Production Operator you will be responsible for the manufacturing of new and existing products according to a pre-determined operations plan by the hands-on operation of process equipment. This includes monitoring gauges and lines, and troubleshooting for difficulties during processing, drumming, and packaging.

Responsibilities:
- Perform start-up/shut down procedures for manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot process upsets and maintain equipment functionality
- Assist in LOTOTO application for maintenance preparation
- Calculate and add materials into machines based on formula calculations
- Communicate with team members to meet shift requirements
- Adhere to safety regulations, site policies, and GMP/GDP requirements

You bring:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting preferred
- Ability to work rotating day/night shifts, 3 x 12 hours, evenings/weekends/holidays shifts
- Ability to lift 60 pounds
- High degree of manual dexterity and good mechanical and technical aptitude
- Close attention to detail, computer knowledge, problem-solving techniques and basic math skills
