Production Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production processes. Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions will contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.

Duties
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Package finished products for shipment or distribution

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Production Operator or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of logic controllers, CAD, milling machines, lathes, and hand tools
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Familiarity with SolidWorks software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.55-$20.00 per hour
