- Sort the plastic resource product in a high-volume environment.
- Work safely at all times and follow plant safety and food safety procedures.
- Conduct routine checks to keep the sorting safe and free of debris.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and address challenges effectively.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines for production processes.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Able to work independently and within a small team in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain high levels of attendance.
- Be eager, upbeat, and have a positive attitude.
- Previous manufacturing experience would be an asset.
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, able to crouch, climb stairs, bend and kneel, as well as capable of heavy lifting and carrying.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, hearing protection and bump cap must be worn on the production floor.
