At our Cascades plant in Richmond, BC you can develop your full potential, sustainably, byapplying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging division of our team as the Production Supervisor:
Operational Excellence Oversight:
-Meeting production and quality standards.
-Managing non-standard products, workforce planning, and compliance.
-Coordinating training, OHS audits, and continuous improvements.
Compliance and Safety Management:
-Ensuring process compliance and overseeing safety audits.
-Addressing target shortfalls, coordinating action plans.
-Supporting problem-solving and system management.
Efficiency and System Oversight:
Coordinating follow-up meetings and continuous improvements in an unionizedenvironment. Assisting in product sequencing and resolving system anomalies.
