We’re looking for a Production Supervisor Traineeto join our redesigned, modern lumber mill located near Williams Lake, British Columbia. Our Lakeview Division safely and sustainably produces over 230 million board feet of lumber per year for customers around the world so they can build their homes and their communities.
Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

• Post secondary education in Wood Products Manufacturing, Operations Management or related field would be an asset.
• Experience working in a production environment is an asset.
• Strategic and critical thinking skills.
• Collaborative style with solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Solid planning, goal setting and project management skills.
• Demonstrated computer skills.
