- Leader with a focus on servant leadership style approach
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing
- 3-5 years in a manufacturing or recovery facility an asset
- Able to handle conflict resolution and get buyin from employees on changes
- Excellent written and verbal communication is a must
- Understanding of SAP, Excel and other computer systems
