Production Team Lead

Position: Production Team Leader

Reports to: Plant Manager

Principal Responsibilities and Authority:

Within the limits of applicable company policies, procedures, union contracts and company goals, he/she has the ability to develop and maintain schedules to efficiently use materials, labor, and equipment to meet production and installation targets as well as having the ability to co-ordinate and schedule the activities of workers.

Job Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare and oversee the production schedule and ensure materials in house to complete work orders on time, as promised to customers.
• Review work orders, production schedules and other reports and documentation to confirm production requirements and reasonable completion expectations.
• Work with the team to provide and coordinate critical information to achieve 100% on-time delivery of customer requirements.
• Coordinate raw materials with purchasing and suppliers, when required.
• Develop and maintain excellent communications to fulfill quality objectives
• Communicate schedule changes to the organization on a daily basis
• Working to establish and refine company procedures to continuously improve company operations and product quality.
• Enforcing compliance with all safety regulations and safe practices.
• Follows establishes ISO and H&S rules and safe working practices

Salary: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
