Program Coordinator

Reports to:

Chair, Board of Directors

Works in partnership with:

• Board of Directors
• Executive Director
• Funders and Donors
• Agencies

Objectives of this role

• Liaise with the Executive Director and clients to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals
• Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget
• Achieve organizational goals while adhering to standards and best practices

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement
• Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan
• Serve as point of communication between clients and external resources
• Deepen partnerships with outside resources

Required skills and qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in project coordination
• Experience in working with clients
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
