Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Real Estate agents and brokers
- Conduct data entry tasks to update property listings and client information
- Assist in negotiating contracts and lease agreements
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files for properties
- Manage office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments
- Utilize Yardi or similar software for Property Management tasks
- Input data into a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and vendors
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track client interactions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the Real Estate industry
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Strong negotiation skills to assist in contract discussions
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
