- Cold calling, prospecting and delivering results
- Assist clients in buying, selling properties
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire Real Estate process
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Reach monthly sales targets and work closely with the team collaboratively
- Stay up-to-date with local Real Estate market trends and changes
