We are located in the heart of downtown Lethbridge, in the beautiful Acadia Block, across the lot from Galt Gardens and the Southern Alberta Art Gallery. We are a locally owned private practice multidisciplinary clinic.

We are currently seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Well Vitality. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient operations and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to organize and schedule appointments
- Assist in preparing and issuing documents related to accounts, including invoices and financial statements, using QuickBooks.
- Update patient information accurately and efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and other forms of correspondence.
- Must have excellent phone etiquette
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and excellent customer service.
- Greet clients and support clinicians in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Gather necessary documentation and submit health insurance claims.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist and with a scheduling software
- Knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machine
- Ability to manage social media accounts and promotional ads
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in an office administration or bookkeeping role is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle diverse tasks.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and provide exemplary customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $19.00 per hour
