Receptionist & Clinical Support - Physiotherapy Office

PHYSIOTHERAPY OFFICE/CLINICAL SUPPORT POSITION (40 HOURS/WEEK, PERMANENT FULL-TIME)

We are an established private physiotherapy practice seeking a dynamic office and Clinical Support team member who enjoys interacting with patients and staff while maintaining a focus on accuracy in a friendly and at times fast paced environment. This is an entry level position where responsibilities will include greeting patients, scheduling, invoicing, payment collection and general office operations. In addition to the outlined office duties, the successful candidate will also support the treating therapists by removing therapeutic modalities, preparing and cleaning treatment rooms, as well as completing laundry and other cleaning tasks as part of our infection prevention and control procedures. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills would be an asset.
