Key Responsibilities:

• Drive membership sales and engage clients to transform lives through our group fitness program.
• Be the frontline brand ambassador: greet customers, build relationships, and assist members.
• Check-in members, provide class info, and ensure a smooth experience.
• Perform administrative duties including membership registration, billing updates, and communication management.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the studio.
• Collaborate with the Studio Manager to uphold the operations standard.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a leadership mindset.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Passion for health & fitness.
• Previous experience in a receptionist role (1 year) and membership sales (1 year) required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education.
• Experience with the Mindbody system.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 6am-2:00pm or 2:00 pm-9:00 pm & Weekends 8:30am-3pm.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $16.55-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
