Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

- Answer phones and assist clients with sale inquiries and answer questions
- Greet and assist walk in customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized model home and work space
- Process customer transactions accurately, efficiently and issue payment receipts
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives

-Help customers with home selections and review options list

-Prepare agreements of purchase with related documentation and send via Adobe/Docusign

-Promote and show completed inventory homes to clients during work hours

-Create marketing campaigns using MailChimp and monitor reach

Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong time management abilities to ensure productivity and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members

- Able to work with Office 365 including Word, Excel, SharePoint software
- Previous experience in a customer service position is required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
