The Municipality of Huron East is seeking a skilled Recreation Facility Operator to join our team.
The successful applicant will work closely with the Recreation Facility Supervisor to assist with the parks and recreation day-to-day program and mechanical operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining safe clean and attractive parks and facilities, and provide customer service to the public users of the parks and facilities.
Applicants should possess a secondary school diploma. Applicants will be required to possess certifications of Basic Refrigeration, Standard First Aid, Propane Safety, and Smart Serve, or must be willing and able to successfully obtain the above mentioned certifications. Preference may be given to those applicants with experience in a recreation setting.
This full time position offers an attractive benefit package and three weeks’ vacation to start. The salary range for this position is $28.69 - $32.29 per hour.
