NES Fircroft are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to be based out of our Bonnyville office. As a Recruitment Consultant for NES you will be responsible for placing qualified candidates with O&G companies throughout Canada. You will be responsible for the identification, qualification, and matching of candidates to the technical requirements of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, evaluate, and place highly skilled technical professionals on a contract, contract to hire, or permanent basis
• Must be focused and have the ability to meet and exceed KPIs
• Develop creative sourcing and recruiting resources to expand talent portfolio and attract qualified candidates
• Conduct thorough phone and face-to-face interviews to determine candidates' qualifications and job requirements.
• Build and maintain a quality pipeline by fostering long-term relationships with candidates.
• Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates.
• Successfully review job descriptions and analyze client requirements in order to understand the needs of the hiring manager and technical skills required.
• Constructs Boolean search strings to expedite focused candidate/client discovery.
• Call current contractor workforce / recently placed permanent candidates to ensure quality service is maintained and to seek candidate referrals.
• Attend site visits with Senior team members
• Ensures 100% compliance with quality standards as dictated by NES Global Talent including company quality processes, in-country legislation (including Occupational Health & Safety), and client-specific process requirements.
