Recruitment Consultant

```Duties```
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to manage candidate pipelines and track progress
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies
- Utilize cold calling and other proactive sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates
- Leverage social media platforms and job boards to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Excellent research skills to identify potential candidates in various industries
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
