-Data entry for incoming faxes ,email and internal messages.
-Scheduling medical appointments based on the referrals and recall requests.
-Informing patients and referring doctors of the appointments
-Uploading documents to doctors inboxes as per protocol.
-Assisting with voice messages, confirmation & rescheduling appointment calls & emails
- Must be familiar with computers & electronic medical records- Oscar EMR experience an asset.
-Attention to detail
-Respect patient and physician confidential information
-Remote Hours Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 3:00pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 32 per week
