Our client, a leading solar developer in the agricultural sector in Quispamsis, NB, seeks a Regional Operations Manager to join their growing team. This is an on-site, full-time permanent position, best suited for someone who is passionate about solar and battery-powered energy. Reporting to the CEO, the Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business. The successful candidate will lead, support and develop three teams:

• Engineering and Technical Support: includes design, product development and product support
• Construction: includes construction supervisors and installation teams in New Brunswick and other satellite offices.
• Supply Chain: including inventory management, asset management, Branch Managers and warehouse and office spaces
