The Regional Retail Sales Manager role is to win market share in a given territory, grow the L’Oréal Luxe business and develop his/her team of Retail Sales Account Executive. This person works closely with the KAMs, with the different retailers district managers and with other members of the home office to ensure tools and information are provided on time and that the negotiated plans are perfectly executed.
Tasks
- Responsible for the L’Oréal Luxe Québec Territory business and team’s objectives (Sellout, Market Shares)
- Responsible for the implementation and on-going execution of the different L’Oréal Luxe brands Retail Strategies
- Responsible for the region retail sales performances and leading all optimization and /or recoup plans with the Retail Sales team
- Management of the Returns – reduce returns as part of our sustainability mission
- Management and optimization of tools / resources (Gratis, testers, carstock, etc.)
- Establishes and tracks performance of the team (KPIs, SPLH, productivity, rankings, market shares etc.)
- Ensure in-store image and execution excellence
- Ensure in-store execution of the National Retailer programs
- Continuous improvement of retail efficiencies for the Retail Sales Team
- Responsible of various Regional Events, Stores visits, etc.
Your Core Competencies
- Deep understanding of retail landscape within the given region and ability to drive business levers
- Basic knowledge of brands products and retailers
- Good understanding of overall KPIs and ability to drive business levers
- Good understanding of IT systems (SAP, Teams, MS office, etc)
- Analytical mindset to analyze territory / store performance
- Good organizational skills with optimization focus
- Good communication skills
- Driving license
