Registry Clerk - Remote - Calgary Based

Interior Heavy Equipment Operator school is hiring for accomplished, positive professionals to join Western Canada’s LARGEST Heavy Equipment Operator training company in our Student Registry Department based in Calgary, AB! You will use your personality and experience to:

- Process and approve student enrollments.

- Maintain student records.

- Provide support to On Site Administrators.

- Assist current students and alumni with registry needs.

- Provide impeccable customer service to internal and external customers.

- Maintain data integrity in our CRM program.

- Compile graduation packages for students including printing of certificates and official IHE operator cards.

- General day to day administrative tasks including filing, accounts receivables (student), alumni follow-ups, student inquiry processing, and various registry request follow ups.

- Occasional in-province travel may be required for training and coverage purposes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $23.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Administrative: 5 years (required)
• Registry: 3 years (required)
