Relationship Manager

Our client is a long-standing leading player in the furniture industry. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced Relationship Manager to join their dynamic team in the furniture industry.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and distributors. The Relationship Manager will contribute to the growth and success of our organization by understanding client needs, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering collaboration within the furniture industry.

Location: Lower Mainland

Salary Range: $65-$110K including bonuses.

• Build and nurture relationships with key clients in the furniture industry.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
• Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities within the furniture industry.
• Provide product knowledge training to clients, keeping them informed about our offerings.
• Monitor and maintain high-quality service to clients.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry competitors, pricing strategies, and emerging trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role.
• Experience in the furniture industry, home furnishings and accessories are a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven recommendations.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to client relationship management.
