Repair Service Coordinator (Office Furniture)

Our Edmonton store is searching for a Repair Service Coordinator (Service Coordinator) who will be responsible for making all the necessary arrangements for repairs or service of items previously delivered to customers’ businesses or homes and ensuring services are performed quickly and efficiently. This position will report directly into the Edmonton Store Manager but interface closely with the warehouse management team.

Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate Repairs

• Organize the repairs of Office Furniture by contacting the customer to understand their needs and subsequently coordinating with the Service Technician by relaying critical details

• Address and resolve customer service issues via phone, email or in person

• Other administrative duties as may be assigned

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma minimum

· 1 to 2 years of office or service coordination experience is required.

· Knowledge and previous experience with furniture or home installations is a definite advantage.

· Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to navigate ERP systems and software is an advantage.

· Projects professionalism and possesses exceptional customer service skills (on the phone, by email and in person)

· Strong organization skills and ability to multitask

· Must work well independently and as part of a team

Wage:

· $20 per hour
