**Restaurant Manager** to fill in for our manager on leave.

**Duties:**

- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning

-serving customers when needed

-opening and closing the restaurant as needed

- Manage and train staff members, including interviewing and hiring new employees

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

-booking large group functions

-on-boarding new employees

-creating social media campaigns

- Create and maintain a positive dining experience for customers

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and quality control

- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability

- Maintain accurate financial records, including cash handling and reporting

**Experience:**

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field

- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, food preparation, and customer service

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Bartending or hotel experience is a plus

Salary: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
