Restaurant Manager

Swiss Chalet is looking for Restaurant Managers at our Ancaster, Ontario location!

We are looking for individuals that are passionate about food, hospitality, and are guest focused!

What you will do in this role:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the dining room as directed by the Corporate General Manager
• Ensure the store is operating to all standards of a "Benchmark Restaurant", and creating a Perfect Guest Experience every time
• Continue to develop and coach associates
• Oversee and ensure the Perfect Guest Experience
• Support and implement Standards and Controls
• Demonstrate behaviours consistent with Recipe's principles.

What we are looking for:

• 2 Years previous Front of House Management experience in a QSR or Casual Dining Atmosphere.
• Possess the potential to effectively run the front of house and lead all shifts to meet Brand standards
• Possess the "Hospitality Gene" by demonstrating the ability to create connections, a passion for People and service excellence
• Driven and focused
• Inspirational and motivational team player
• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays in a busy fast paced environment
• Have an access to the reliable transportation to commute
